Danish Siddiqui

Danish belongs to a family that always took pride in practising craft. He learnt embroidery in early ages while he was pursuing his primary education. Commerce and finance have always fascinated him and he undertook higher education in it.

His passion for crafts pushed him to undertake design and entrepreneurship programme at Kalhath Institute in 2019. He later joined Kalhath Institute as a learning facilitator for artisans and within an year took up the post of Programme Coordinator. He started taking interest in operations of Sangraha Atelier post pandemic. In early 2022 he joined Sangraha full time and also became a member of Board of Director. He currently heads the production operations of the organisation.

Consciousness towards crafts and artisans with his vitality are his core strengths. In his words "I want to build a community of artisans who are changemakers for the future of innovation."
