• This website is owned and operated by Sangraha Vernacular Centered Design Foundation with registered office G-1206, Sushant Lok 2, Sector 57, Gurgaon, 122011, Haryana. Sangraha Vernacular Centered Design Foundation reserves the right to change these terms as and when required at its discretion. 

• If you have an account on our website, you shall be responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. Incase you provide any information which is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership here. 

• All products are checked, screened and assured by us to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style or model that they are representative of.

• The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Sangraha Vernacular Centered Design Foundation. 

• Request for cancellations of orders once placed shall not be entertained.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

• If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by us for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

• Sangraha Vernacular Centered Design Foundation will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

• Sangraha Vernacular Centered Design Foundation shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered.

• Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information in the order form.

• All credit card payments must be authorized online.

• Custom duties and other levies in destination country are the responsibility of the customer. The prices do not include duties for any country.

• While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes.

• A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

• All items offered are subjected to availability at the time of placing your order.

• All transactions are subject to Gurgaon (Haryana, India) jurisdiction only.

• Designs and prices are subject to changes without notice.

• If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through email: experience@sangrahaatelier.com and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

Sizing

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sangraha Vernacular Centered Design Foundation and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

Applicable Law

By visiting sangraha.org.in, you agree that the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the Gurgaon, Haryana, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and sangraha.org.in or its affiliates.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to sangraha.org.in or to products you purchase through Ikatindia.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Gurgaon, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Sangraha Vernacular Centered Design Foundation)'s intellectual property rights, Sangraha Vernacular Centered Design Foundation may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration Act. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
