Razia had to work to sustain her household as her husband's income was not enough. She never got support from family to pursue her professional career. Razia has trained many artisans in art of embroidery and participated in various Government and Non-government exhibitions. She later joined Sangraha and has been instrumental in creating artworks with various artist.
All through her life she has only worked from house or within her locality but now rides her own vehicle to office. She now has additional income for family and has got her daughter married recently.
